Restaurants & Clubhouse
A spacious beachfront clubhouse with open-plan restaurant and poolside bar will be located in the middle of the resort fronting the beach with 180 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. A separate suite will be located behind the Restaurant and Beachfront’s 3 and 4 to cater for special events.
The Clubhouse, with a restaurant on the ground floor, will be centrally located, for guests' convenience. The clubhouse will have a space suitable for wedding receptions and conferences on the first floor.

The recreation centre will offer a convenience store and a small gym. Two all-weather, floodlit tennis courts will be located adjacent to the recreation centre.
Golf
The Royal St. Kitts 18-hole championship course, near Frigate Bay, was designed by five-time British Open Champion Peter Thompson and a redesign by famed Canadian architect Thomas McBroom was completed in 2004.
Nevis has its own internationally ranked 18-hole championship course, the Four Seasons. Designed by Robert Trent Jones II, it offers professional, challenging terrain and spectacular panoramic views.
