In St. Kitts, Newfound NV has brought together a specialist team of property professionals with the right mix of international and local know-how to create the inspirational and market leading Ocean’s Edge development. Newfound NV is committed to the region and is currently masterplanning the Pinney’s Estate development on the island of Nevis.
Development Architect
Architectural design for the project has been contracted to OBM International, the Caribbean’s premier design consulting firm for almost 70 years; a company with vast experience, with projects throughout Europe, Africa, the USA and Latin America.

Savills International
Savills is a leading global real estate service provider listed on the London Stock Exchange. The company, established in 1855, has over 200 offices and associates throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East. The Savills name has become synonymous with luxury residential property worldwide and the experienced international residential team is dedicated to providing a superior sales and marketing service.
Operation and Management
A resort operator will administer and manage property rentals within the resort. In exchange for a share of rental revenue the operator will market the resort, take reservations, operate the front desk, maintain the properties and provide guest services such as housekeeping, concierge and catering. After deductions for management and marketing costs, any net rental income for each property will be paid to its owner at regular intervals.
