To meet our ethos of giving property purchase advice, not using the typical estate agency/supermarket approach this means we will have a range of property investments to match client needs established from a detailed fact find.
The Directors of GPS have the ideal backgrounds to work effectively with IFA's. GPS and its unique concept have been brought to market by some forward thinking individuals. The directors of the business have identified there is a gap in the market for an advice based service in the overseas property industry that broadly follows the Financial Services model.
Before moving into the property sector, they built up over 60 years' experience in Financial Services Sales and Marketing as IFA's, mortgage brokers and in life office National Account management.
Since becoming involved in property they have over 20 years combined experience in all aspects of international development which includes;
- Sourcing land and obtaining planning permission
- Design and build of 3 luxury resorts through their own construction company
- Management of resort facilities including restaurants and leisure facilities
- Establishing a TTA Bonded holiday company who have secured deals with some of the largest operators in the UK
We are members of FOPDAC who are the professional trade body for overseas developers and agents and we adhere to their code of conduct.
